Katabiann represents clients, as agent, in raising equity and debt capital for uses which include start-up funding, growth, acquisitions, buyouts, recapitalizations and general balance sheet management. Our knowledge of the terms, conditions and costs of each type of capital as well as our extensive network of and substantial relationships with high quality capital sources enable us to recommend, place and structure the most suitable capital for our clients. Our ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our client’s business results in superior valuation and terms and conditions. We have placed over $6 billion in capital with venture capital and private equity firms, mezzanine lenders, senior lenders, high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.

Katabiann advises clients on the proper capital structure for achieving their financial and strategic objectives by evaluating criteria including cost, terms and conditions and execution risk and recommending alternatives for creating the optimal capital structure through one or a series of capital placements.
